We must be mindful of physician burnout and administrative burdens\, while also addressing ever-increasing demands for documentation that is complete and compliant\, supports financial and quality goals\, and mitigates the risk of denials due to stringent payer rules. \nIn this session\, we will discuss how today’s CDI and coding teams are using AI to automatically deliver clinical intelligence into physicians’ documentation workflows. We will discuss AI-powered CAPD nudges and how that insight can help CDI teams follow up on additional opportunities. We will examine industry guidelines around content and templates as well as delivery and response methods.
